We have built up our complete and latest CAD/CAM system, for which we are capable to design PDC bit with latest technology as per client’s requirement effficiently. By means of displaying the appearance and internal structure in three-dimensional form, we can watch the bit straightly on the computer screen and easily detect any possible design faults to perfection. This has greatly ensured the reliability of designed bit. The application of CAM technology make it possible for us to simulate on the screen the verified digital control process, which includes boundary check between tool and the fixture, between spare part and the clamp before the design is being put to the workshop and immediately find out the potential problem in manufacturing process.
